A) General conditions
It is mandatory to comply with the following points when preparing an article:
The article must be at a scientific-research level, documented, and have scientific innovation.
The submitted articles must not be copies of published works or translations of works and must not have been previously published in another journal or submitted to another journal or conferences, etc. at the same time.
The received articles are first reviewed by the editorial board and, if they comply with the journal's criteria, they are sent anonymously to two to three expert reviewers for evaluation.
B) How to prepare articles
Title of the article: Brief and appropriate to the content (Persian and English)
Name and address of the author/authors: Name, surname, academic degree, work address, email, and mobile phone (Persian and English)
Abstract: Minimum 150 words and maximum 250 words in one paragraph (up to 10 lines). The abstract reflects the overall content of the article; including: purpose, method, body of the article, findings, and conclusion.
Keywords consisting of at least 3 words and up to 5 words
Problem statement: Statement of the problem, explanation of the importance and objectives, research question(s) or hypothesis(es) and statement of limitations and obstacles for the research, etc.
Theoretical framework: Definition of key concepts and statement of the theoretical foundations of the research, research method, research background and comparison and evaluation of previous research related to this research
Conclusion: Review of the research results and explanation of the findings, statement of suggestions and limitations (to be prepared in accordance with the research questions).
The submitted article should not be less than 4500 words and not more than 8000 words (25 pages of 250 words).
Main headings should be numbered 1-2-3- and... and their subheadings should be numbered 1-1-1-1-2- and...
References in the text of the article should be written in parentheses as (last name, year of publication, volume number, page) (Tabatabai, 1420 AH, Vol. 2, p. 184).
In all references, the author's last name should be mentioned and words such as "same" should be avoided.
Latin sources should be written in Latin and from the left in parentheses (page, volume, year of publication, last name) and in subsequent references, avoid writing "Ibid".
Direct quotations should be inserted separately from the text with an indent (one and a half centimeters) from the right.
The Latin form of proper names, specialized terms and foreign compounds should be inserted in the footnote.
Explanatory notes; Explanations that the author deems necessary should be inserted in the footnote.
References in the notes should be in the same order as the text and detailed specifications of the source should be included in the list at the end of the article.
The sources used in the text should be listed at the end of the article and in alphabetical order of the author's last name or famous name as follows:
Book: Last name, first name (author/authors), publication date (used for lunar years "Q" and Gregorian years "M"), book title (bold and italic), name of translator, researcher or proofreader, edition (not required if it is the first edition), place of publication: publisher's name.
Article: Last name, first name, (author, authors), publication date, "article title in quotation marks", name of the journal (bold and italic), period, year, volume number.
Websites: Last name, author's first name, publication date, "topic title in quotation marks", name and address of the website.
18. The article should be written according to the Persian writing tradition and the Latin equivalent of terms and authors' names should be footnoted at the bottom of each page.
19. After typing, the article should be saved in (2003-97 Word) format on A4 page, font 14 (B Zar) for Persian and Arabic words and 12 (Time New Roman) for English words, and uploaded to the system at iwf.journals.hozehkh.com in a maximum of 25 pages. (Quran verses should be marked in the text with font 14 (B Badr) (Bold).)
20. Tables and graphs should have titles. The table title should be placed at the top of the table and in bold font 10 (B Zar) and the graph title should be placed at the bottom of the graph in bold font 10 (B Zar). The contents and figures in the table should be set in font 11 (B Zar).
22. Articles that do not have the guidance and names of higher-level seminary professors or university professors (professor, associate professor, and assistant professor) will not be ranked.
23. Before submitting an article, a certificate of similarity must be obtained from the Samim Noor website (https://www.samimnoor.ir) and uploaded in the relevant section. (Articles with more than 15% similarity will not be considered for publication)
