The position and duties of Iranian Muslim women in the thought of the leaders of the Islamic Revolution and especially in the discourse of Ayatollah Khamenei have been given special attention; Therefore, after the Islamic Revolution and in the holy defense, women emerged who changed the position of the Muslim woman. Given that the leader's demand for women in three areas: individual, family, and social, has led to a global definition of women, this study focuses on extracting women's duties from the discourse of leadership and analyzing the quality of their intellectual system. . Findings indicate the need for educated women to design and manage areas related to women; Thus, by entering the fields of valuation, women have created the right expectations based on reproduced culture and planning for its realization by considering characteristics such as being active, jihadi, comprehensive and moderate, and considering the characteristics of the model. Third, women, such as influence, compassion, perseverance in social life, and inadequacy of privacy, will make it possible for women to perform their duties.
